Astrology as a Therapeutic Wisdom Language

Astrology is a deep, complex well of wisdom that is a universal, diverse and mind expanding to ponder.  The logical mind can have a very challenging time understanding how the position of the planets at the minute of our birth can shape our personality so strongly, and the course of events of our lives.  However many also find great comfort in the notion that we are born at a very specific time in history, with a unique astrological blueprint, that can show us our inborn natural talents, and also the places where we are deeply traumatized.  

Many people only know their sun sign, however that is only a small piece of understanding the lessons of Astrology's  wisdom.  We are so much more than just our sun sign.  We each have a natal chart, that contains all 12 signs of the Zodiac.  Our Natal Chart is a picture of the sky at the moment of our birth, and there are 12  planets plus more shaping our personality and life journey. Learning how to read our natal chart, and understanding the lessons from all the different planets and their positions gives us a much more profound understanding of what Astrology is, and how it can be used to improve our lives.  Astrology can guide us to where we naturally shine, what will give us the greatest sense of joy and nourishment in life.  It can also reflect back to us where our greatest wounds are, and what the most powerful healing salve may be to recover from the trauma of our lives.
